Increased his vertical jump 11inches!
Hoops on fire really helped me a lot on increasing my vertical and my speed. My friend told me about the training, but I was very skeptical. Once I started, that went away quickly! Even though I only have been going for about 6 weeks it really helped a lot, I went from barely touching the rim to almost dunking. I only need about 3 to 5 more inches to dunk easily. I'm glad I started this program now because I know if I continue this for years to come I'll be jumping out of the gym.

Update: Antony increased his vertical jump 6 more inches the next 6 weeks and is now dunking. His goal is to keep improving and now get his dunks to dunk-contest status.

“ Since I started the Hoops On Fire Training, I have seen a definite increase in my vertical. I went from barely dunking to now grabbing the rim with two hands off vert, which I couldn’t do before, and  I am now doing 360s. My lateral quickness has improved and it is easier to stay in front of people on defense. My endurance/conditioning has improved and I have gotten stronger.  My first step is much quicker than before and my pull-up jumper is also better, because I get off the ground much quicker and I can shoot it under control from further out than before. Even though we don’t use weights during the Hoops On Fire training, I can now lift a lot more on squats and bench press. I really recommend this program and I wish I would have started this training my sophomore year. It has improved me as an all-around player/athlete and definitely helped me in earning a full-ride scholarship at UC Irvine.”
